Over 30 Years' Experience
Sulgrave Advisors was founded in 2017 by Charles Butters who has over 30 years' experience within commercial and mixed use real estate, including nearly 10 years based in London as Director and Head of Investment at British Land.
Since founding Sulgrave Advisors, Charles has provided strategic advice to a wide range of organisations including Simten Developments and Poly Global in London, and Oxford Science Enterprises and Oxfordshire County Council in Oxford where Charles is consultant Strategic Property Advisor.
Charles has an extensive and established network across the real estate industry in London, Oxfordshire and nationally.
Charles studied at Oxford University and lives close to Banbury with his wife, two children and two dogs.
